Personality:
I have an open, polyvalent and enthusiastic personality. I am curious and always eager to learn new things. I find the combination between IT and marketing particularly interesting and I strongly believe in technology as a catalyst to achieve efficiency gains.

Experience:
I started my career as a business analyst at an international company and quickly moved on to become the coordinator of a multicultural team located on all continents. Working on diverse projects, often company-wide, has offered me excellent opportunities to gain insight into organizational dynamics and change management. I earned my first stripes with Salesforce.com when implementing the software as part of a pilot project in Benelux area. Consequently, I was appointed administrator for the tool and it has triggered my interest for continuous improvement.

Interests:
I have always been a fervent tennis player and today I can still be euphoric when hitting the perfect strike. Furthermore, I like to read, I enjoy following the daily news and going for nature walks. I spend most of my spare time together with family and friends, and enjoy playing with our daughter.
