I like to question common ideas and attitudes. I am both a creative and proactive thinker as well as a pragmatic and down to earth problem solver. As a leader I am result oriented and open for bottom-up initiatives.

Experience
During my professional career I have experienced almost all the roles of the development lifecycle from business analyst and architect, over development team lead to service delivery manager. Having been an ICT manager and director myself for many years, I have build up an expertise in ICT governance, going from hands-on ICT process improvement activities to strategic business-ICT alignment programs. I have delivered solutions and services in the government, health, insurance and public transport sector.
