I am empathic and have a strong sense of righteousness. I am dynamic and enthusiastic, hands-on and driven. I am a team player: loyal, positive & communicative.

Experience:
I started out as a Recruitment and HR Consultant in the headhunting and HR consultancy business at Batenborch International and Career Builders. As an HR Consultant, I helped Eandis recruit 700 employees, from technical profiles to Business Unit Managers. I also have experience with recruitment strategy, job market analysis, direct and executive search, selection and interviewing techniques for sales and marketing profiles in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, IT and finance domains.

I am currently working at 4C Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant for internal recruitments and for the staffing service. I provide 4C as well as external clients with the right candidates for their open vacancies. In addition, I’m involved in the deployment of the internal HR and staffing department and the external staffing service. The Employer Branding strategy of 4C Consulting is another important focus in my job. Last but not least, I help out with the organisation of corporate events and informal employee activities.
