Personality:
Life is a path of decisions - in my choices so far, I am a happy person. I believe in a healthy balance in life of the things that feed my enthusiasm, determination and positive thinking. Challenge is my best motivator and I enjoy demanding projects as they bring the highest degree of satisfaction. Being undogmatic, curious and confident, I combine creativity with a strong sense of reality.

Experience:
After the initial career start in the financial services industry, I worked for the Estonian government on e-government and other international projects. At the same time, I was working as a marketing campaign assistant for a national non-profit organization.

I later joined a global consulting company in Brussels where I worked as a PA/PR and marketing consultant for major FMCG companies. My next challenge was an Operations Manager position for a European organization where I was responsible for financial management, marketing and daily operations.

Currently at 4C Consulting, I work as a CI Consultant translating data, by means of analytics, into useful business information and actionable marketing plans.

Interests:
When it seems as if I am doing nothing, it might well be that I am thinking. I enjoy reading classic literature, watching Discovery or Animal Planet channels or surprise my friends with some Russian cooking. I also design and sew clothes, drawing inspiration from travelling and making new discoveries. I love all outdoor activities, especially mountain bushwalking and ice skating.
