Personality:
I am a spontaneous person and I love a good challenge. I am driven and energetic and impatient at times. I’m goal-oriented without losing sight of the human aspect. 

Experience:
I have experience in the utilities sector, in implementing scanning solutions, process design & re-design, outsourcing commercial fulfilment, tariff reviews, implementation of customer view and campaign management solutions.

I have also worked on product development for the B2C market: from idea to implementation, launch and life cycle management, and in the logistics sector as a trainer/coach.  I have also been responsible for training development and delivery for call centre and back-office agents.
