I have extensive experience in setting up new businesses specialised in sales, marketing, customer care, project and change management, and Information Technology.
I am the founding partner of 4C Consulting and Boostit! as well as a professor of Services Marketing at the University College in Brussels.
I am a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on Customer Value Management, CRM and Customer Intelligence.
