Personality:
I am basically a straightforward, no-nonsense guy who is sensitive and who listens. I am always looking for solutions, preferably the smartest one. Every now and then, I enjoy a technical challenge and I cover all levels, from the helicopter view to the tiny detail that makes the difference. I take great pleasure in being with my three small kids and my wife. And I enjoy everything that comes with a busy family life.

Summary:
I spent 2/3 of my career in the telecom/IT industry, working on all possible business processes from A to Z. Later on, I became a Consultant in all kinds of industries - mainly in the areas of CRM and data migration and in the integration of such systems.

Business Processes:

  • Business intelligence, data warehousing. Excellent analytical skills in this area
  • IT request/ prioritisation/ development process, release management, quality management, project management, contract management
  • Excellent knowledge of billing systems architecture and their integration into the other business processes. All related sub-processes (commissions calculations, fraud control, integrity validation, etc…). Subsequent payment processing, ledger control, etc.
  • Order and provisioning process (mainly in a telecom environment)
  • Telecom data products and all surrounding business processes (ADSL, SHDSL, voice over DSL, voice over IP, mail, hosting…)
