Father, husband & Consultant. I’m the proud father of Quinze and caring husband of Ine and I’d say we’re well on our way to dancing the funky chicken at our 75th wedding anniversary (while Q, embarrassed, looks the other way…)

Experience:

For the past 11 years, I have been involved in management consulting for customer experience management, customer interaction management, analytical CRM and customer centricity initiatives. I have worked with companies from a wide variety of industries including retail, banking, insurance, media and the public sector.
I have also worked in market research for telco, retail, banking and B2B services.

In Belgium? Long walks on the beach, chasing our son who isn’t afraid of anything (the way it should be at his age), enjoying the wind, the rain, the freedom, the inspiration, the possibilities, …
