Personality:
I am a populariser; my gift is my ability to explain quite complex IT things to non-IT people. I am a perfectionist; I will always try to find a better solution. I am lazy; if it can be done in 3 clicks, then why should I use 4? I am Beta-user minded; if anybody can use it, everybody can use it.

Experience:
After 5 years of working as an ICT Support Representative specialised in ERP (Cubic for Dos, Sage Bob Software, Sage Line 100) and Business IT (Ms Office) for all kind of organisations (local & national, governmental, non-profit, international, etc.), I worked for 6 years as an ICT Consultant (in electronic banking, computer security, etc.), an ICT Trainer, and in 2^nd line support.

For the past 5 years, I have been working as a CRM Consultant (SalesForce.com, Sage SalesLogix, MS Dynamics).

Education:
Master in Commercial and Financial Science / Audit and Accounting
No specific IT studies; like Obelix, I fell into PCs when I was a little boy (I had my first computer @ home when I was 11).

Interests:
My favourite book is “The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy” (Douglas Adams) and “Contact” (Carl Sagan). My favourite meal is an “Omelette à la Tribukhovskaya” and as long as an Internet connection is available, I will enjoy wherever I am. I enjoy listening to Pink Floyd, The Who and Led Zeppelin.
