Personality:
My international experience has made me a very open-minded person. I believe that technology is only a facilitator. In the end, it's people who make things work. I have a strong drive to succeed and in my view, success is the sum of small efforts which are repeated day in and day out. I am always searching for a healthy balance between an approach that is detailed and methodical on the one hand, and flexible on the other.
To me, my job is not just a place where I go to work, it is a mission that fills me with enthusiasm and a drive to get things done.

Experience:
I started my career as a Project Coordinator with NorthgateArinso, where I assisted in implementing Salesforce.com in 35 countries. Later, I moved on to become CRM Coordinator. It was my job to make sure that Salesforce.com was used and developed to drive the strategy in the right direction. My key goals were to give our salespeople more hours in the day and to provide pipeline visibility to higher management.

Master in Commercial Science
Bachelor in Applied Informatics

Interests:
I enjoy the excitement of nice cars, going snowboarding during wintertime and playing table soccer. I also like mingling and getting to know other cultures when travelling in order to really discover the local habits.
