Personality:
I am a listener with the ability to create a consensus. I am creative but rigorous and driven. I prefer to work as a part of, or to lead a team. I find it enriching and fulfilling.

Experience:

By starting my career as a User Interface Designer for B2B web applications, I learned early on to put the user / customer at the heart of any process, user interface or design decision.  Over the past 12 years, as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in three domains of CRM — marketing, sales and services — I was able to improve the way businesses interact with their customers.  As a certified salesforce.com consultant, for the past 5 years, I have been involved in several projects that have resulted in the implementation of Salesforce or force.com to support reviewed customer processes.

I have experience in the energy, shipping and pharmaceutical industries.

Education:

Graduated with Honours as an architect (Antwerp, 1998).
Masters of Art in Interactive Media (London, 1999)
MBA London City University (CASS London, 2001)

Interests:

I enjoy keeping up to date with the latest technologies and with customer expectations. They have an impact on each other and evolve at an ever-increasing speed.  I also enjoy thinking about how customers can seamlessly interact across channels, in order to obtain a best-in-class experience, by making use of available technology.

Imagine what would happen if a prospect or a customer would be able to log onto your website with his social media or Google account. He would be able to receive responses to a comment he made about a problem he is experiencing with one of your services or products on his social media wall. Imagine how your business could benefit from being able to enrich the customer profile you have on him, with the information obtained from social media. This would allow you to serve him in a more timely and targeted manner, across channels. This is what the current facebook generation of customers expects. And finding ways of making it happen for the companies I work with is what keeps me awake at night.
