People describe me as someone who makes things happen, who takes initiatives and who is enthusiastic and easy-going. I enjoy handling multiple tasks in short timeframes, and doing this in an efficient manner. My goal is providing practical solutions in complex people-oriented (business) domains. For me, every day brings with it a new opportunity to learn and to evolve. Ambition is a word in a dictionary, trying to get there is what counts!

Experience:
My career took shape in a huge IT company where I was responsible for managing the contingent workforce for the Belux region in a complete outsourced delivery model. Afterwards, I moved to an international recruitment company where I worked as a Business Development & Recruitment Consultant, mainly in IT and consulting.
