Over the years, I have gained a solid background in training and change management on implementation projects. I have over 4 years of experience in CRM-specific implementations and my main focus lies on user involvement through business requirements gathering and user adoption to assure successful implementations.

Projects I have worked on include CRM implementations, CRM administration, change management, training, training coordination, online training, certification, support and intranet implementation. I have worked in a number of areas including construction, legal services, pharmaceuticals, insurance, utilities, professional training and coaching, Information Technology and Services and for a government agency.
