Interested in helping our clients with implementing state-of-the-art CRM solutions? Want to solve specific business problems in sales, marketing and customer care? Than take a look at our open vacancy for a Senior CRM Consultant!

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior CRM Consultant you will act as a senior advisor for CRM implementation projects at our clients.
Typically you will lead these projects at the business or IT side.
In a first phase you will take the lead in scoping the project and defining the CRM roadmap.
During the project delivery you will take the lead in the different projects steps (process analysis & consolidation, impact analysis, delivery, integration and testing) and you will be responsible for timely delivery and the budget.
You will manage the change in the organization by setting-up communication and training strategies and steering business acceptance.
You will use and implement the 4C Consulting project methodology.
You will manage your project team and coach more junior consultants.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a university degree in commercial engineering, (applied) economics, civil engineering or other degrees with a complementary business diploma (or equal by experience).
You have a minimum of 8 years working experience in a related field.
You have a background in marketing or sales and you are strongly familiar with CRM processes.
You have a few years experience as a project manager in the implementation of CRM roadmaps.
Knowledge of one or more CRM tools (salesforce.com, MS CRM, SAP CRM, Siebel, Selligent) is required.
Knowledge of project methodology is required.
You have overall excellent consulting skills.
You are result driven, committed to our customer’s success and sharing your knowledge is your passion.
You are a team player with strong communication skills.
Fluent in Dutch, French and Englis.
